Location very close to a proper old Cornish pub that serves good food at a very reasonable price, the Tavistock Arms for the breakfast which was served by the landlord, and the centre of the village. Plus, 5 minutes drive from Wheal Josiah Cottages. Decent sized units in the machine. Satisfactory breakfast with fresh orange juice and the vegetarian burgers, as for instance and good customer service.

This hotel is conveniently located next to a busy road junction, which means it's easy to get to and perfect for those traveling by car. the pub itself is cozy and inviting, with friendly staff who offer great service. Guests are fortunate to be surrounded by nice pubs to eat in and there are plenty of facilities available, such as a tea/coffee machine in the hall and a copious and tasty breakfast. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with recently refurbished bathrooms.
The decor in some parts of the hotel is starting to look a little dated.

We spent a lovely Easter weekend at this hotel. the rooms were clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and a great shower. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and appreciated the free parking and Wi-Fi. the hotel is located in a convenient area, with easy access to local shops and attractions. Plus, the staff were friendly and always available to answer our questions.
There were no toiletries provided in the bathroom, and the floor was quite slippery without a bath mat.
